Pat Cashin had a vision for reviving
Captain Kangaroo and returning to television the kind of wholesome,
inspiring children's programming he had enjoyed as a child.
Tragically, Pat recently passed away at the way-too-young age of 48, leaving his dream unrealized.
Terry, Pat's widow and the mother of his two wonderful boys, now owns the Captain Kangaroo trademark. Without Pat's involvement to make it a success, Terry has decided not to move forward with the Captain Kangaroo project.
The rights will be sold to someone with the passion, dedication and enthusiasm to bring classic children's television back to the screen.
Interested parties should make offers and inquiries by contacting Terry's agent at the address below.
